Abstracts

We’re describing a case of a 82 yo lady, who was receiving anti VEGF infections to treat a polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy. She interrupted her treatment from her own risk, despite medical advice. 3 months later she came to the clinic complaining of sudden vision loss. She had an acute sub macular hemorrhage associated with extensive sub retinal detachment and exudates. We proceeded with PPV and subretinal TPA. After 10 days her vision has improved and OCT revealed a preserved foveal structure
