Subretinal fluid injection to close a refractory full-thickness macular hole
Abstracts
In this video we describe a surgical technique for a large and refractory full-thickness macular hole treatment. We performed perifoveal subretinal fluid injection to promote macular hole closure. The macular hole closed with great visual improvement. We believe that subretinal fluid injection for for selected, refractory full-thickness macular hole seems to be a safe and effective technique.
