We're presenting a case of a 59 YO male, who presented a retinal detachment. During the surgery PFC had an inadvertent sub retinal migration trough the macula.
The sub retinal PFCL was drained trough a peripheral retinotomy using a nasal tilting maneuver.
Both anatomical and functional results were very satisfying.
