Massive exudative AMD

Abstracts

Male, 62 years declaime low vision after anti-VEGF injection. The clinical exam shows intense vitreous hemorrhage and the ultrasound was innocent showing extensive blood in the vitreous cavity (high density puntiformes ecos).
A 27-gauge pars plana vitrectomy was performed to remove the vitreous hemorrhage associated with phacoemulsification with IOL implant.
After remove all hemorrhage a extensive sub-choroidal detachment was observe only in the posterior pole (macula and around the optic disc).
